- Linen is NOT supplied at this property. You will need bring your own linen including towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba or Coastal Cleaning Services
- We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
- The airconditioning is in the lounge room only

Featuring three bedrooms, the main with queen bed, ocean views, private ensuite and direct access out to the balcony. The remaining bedrooms include two single beds and are serviced by a three-way bathroom.

The fully equipped two-way kitchen services both the open plan lounge dining room and balcony area through glass sliding doors, allowing the ocean breezes to flow through with ease on warm summer days. A outdoor setting on the balcony enhances your beach holiday.

A single garage offers security for the car and storage for boards, bikes and beach gear. Other features you will find in Romiaka 5 include air conditioning and a fully equipped laundry.
