Safe area less than a minute walk to blue line subway. 2 stops to downtown Riverwalk area. Espresso shop, CVS pharmacy, liquor store all 1 to 2 minute walk. Nicely appointed with everything from coffee to snacks.

Thank you for your review! We're delighted that you enjoyed the convenient location, close to the blue line subway and essential shops. It's great to hear that you felt safe and appreciated the amenities provided, from coffee to snacks. We hope to welcome you back soon!
Great price and fantastic location, with very easy access to public transportation just around the corner and lots of options for food nearby. The room itself was small but nice. It could use a bit of paint and TLC but for the price and location it was fine.We like to make our own dinners and dine in, so having a kitchen and refrigerator and market nearby were great. The location is definitely noisy, which is to be expected with a fire station nearby. The first night somebody was practicing their drums until 11:30pm, but the rest of the time the neighborhood was quiet except for the fire station. Fortunately the property includes ear plugs which help. There was a little bit of confusion getting access to a room because of problems with the renter onboarding process, but it was sorted out once I reached out to the property management directly.Minor nits aside, I'm glad I found this and I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Chicago.
