The location is a perfect base to explore Sydney, a short stroll to the best shopping, cafes, bars, nightclubs and restaurants Sydney has to offer, on Oxford Street, Darlinghurst Rd and Crown St. The Australian Museum, Hyde Park, David Jones, Pitt Street Mall shopping are all within an easy walk. Museum train station can connect you to the airport and a few minutes walk to Oxford Street puts you at the bus stop for a bus to Bondi Beach.

Museum Train station is a 10 minute walk for those guests getting a train from Sydney Airport.

Superb couples retreat in the heart of Darlinghurst
Great location, clean, warm (it is winter) in the heart of it all. Easy walking distance to Potts Point, City, Oxford St., not far from Eastern suburbs coast. A hop to the eastern distributor for airport access (or short walk to King’s Cross train if you prefer). A squish with 3 but you could make it work, perfect for 2. All that you need, so highly recommending this space.

The area was nice the property not so much, the oven didnt work and no microwave at this location so i was forced to eat out alot. Upstairs neighbor was extremely loud at all hours of the night. Wouldn't recommend.

This loft is at he top of 4 long flights of stairs. The unit does not have AC. It is pretty hot in Sydney in the summer. It comes with one towel per person and one key. Really a pain.

fantastic location and floor space, but a real shame to say that it is badly cared for.
the location is fantastic and foot print fabulous. had only one portable fan and this was not enough - it was very hot and could not get airflow. most fixtures and fittings were broken or semi broken, no wine glasses, broken corkscrew, oven markings scratched off so could not work it - same with dishwasher, shower handle broken, towel rail hanging off wall - contact with owner non existent as no reply until we were leaving. It was not very clean. I am sorry to say I cannot recommend this place - it could however be fantastic with a bit of love so perhaps if they sort out whoever looks after it it could be a real gem.

Check in - only gained acces to the apartment at 18:30 due to the fact ther cleaners had locked the keys in the appartment and returned them to the Magiclock
Cleanliness - floor was filthy, used tissues and water bottles under the lounges, dead cockroaches in the beside table
Kitchen “a chefs dream” - very nice appliance, but nothing to cook with except 2 cheap thin pan set and a small pot, no oven ware. Dishes mismatched and dirty, lots of cutlery pity 50% are rusty, used coffee pods left with new pods, no kitchen gift as promised
Internet- No internet, guide on how to fix was adequate unfortunately it suggested we reset the NBN box should we have an issue, but their is no NBN box in the apartment only a wifi router.
TV - nice TV, but as there was not internet we couldn’t even watch free to air TV
Location - good (parking is an issues) thankfully as the location is good we were able to find some nice restaurants to eat given the lack of cooking utensils in the apartment (we had planned not to eat out but to treat each other with our favourite dishes - thanks for nothing)
So much more to say, but not enough space allowed - suffice to say we considered moving to hotel for the second night, but decided we had spent enough on what will go down as our worst weekend away together
I expect to be contact and compensated for this truely “not true to label” experience - does Stayz actually check on if the description matches the experience?
