Clean room. Great for a quick getaway last minute. Check in was easy aswell. Loved the big bath. Location was perfect!

Perfect little family villa

We made a last minute decision for a trip. The rate was really fair for the villa. It was clean and in a great location. We had an 8 and 9 year old sleeping on the fold our couches and they loved it. We could walk everywhere.

Sunshine retreat villa 7 is a comfortable, clean, well appointed unit with many good facilities. However while there are 2 split systems and 2 TV's, one in the lounge and one in the bedroom, only one of the remote controls was working so we had to keep taking it from one room to the other. Also the bedroom tv wasn't working at all. This villa is in an excellent location near the main street about 10 min walk into town.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Tv in the bedroom did not work, split system in the bedroom did not work, the place did not look as it does in photos. The surrounded places are full of dodgy looking people. Outside the accommodation was dirty, place looked very run down.
