Amazing property in a great location to take advantage of the region.

Host was excellent and the house has everything you need to be very comfortable and feel like home. Great get a way location with lots of amenities.

Great Location!

We stayed for a week with our family of four (two grade school sons), our dog, and my sister. The place had everything we needed and was spotless. The decor was eclectic and Colorado! The beds were comfortable. The two en-suite bathrooms and third full bathroom made everything smooth and easy. I’m addition to being a short drive from amazing skiing, we all loved the proximity to a great hiking area and the access to the fitness center. We were all sad to leave.

Christmas getaway

The property is a great location- easy access to Beaver Creek and Avon. Highly recommend eating at Juniper and Craftsman in Edwards. The owner was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. We were there in peak season- so cleaning lady was not finished with cleaning when we arrived (but I understand that). Carpet needs to be replaced in master bath area- subfloor is exposed. Faucet handle fell off in master bath. Needs better lighting in bedrooms. Other than that- great location and felt that given Christmas is the most expensive time to go- it was a good value for the money. The major plus of this property is the owner- who is very easy to work with and also offers access to the Homewood Court Club- which was a nice workout facility. The linens were good (agree with prior reviews) and the record player is cool (loved the John Denver and Jim Croce).

Great stay in Edward

This property was perfect for our family of 4 (plus our 2 dogs) for a ski vacation. Evan was fantastic - very responsive and able to offer lots of great tips. And the house was just what we needed, with a good location, pretty friendly house and neighborhood, and enough room for my wife and I and our two teenage kids.

Great location, comfortable & clean

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Ver comfortable beds, clean, lots of room. The condo is just a few minutes drive to the Arrowhead lift, from which you can accees all of Beaver Creek. We lucked out with the weather. The kitchen is well appointed and Evan, the property manager, was very helpful. Highly recommend for outstanding accomodations at a great value.

Wonderful Getaway!

My family and I spent 3 night after the holidays. We enjoyed the album selection (big music lovers!), the fireplace, the proximity to wonderful trails and short drive to Vail. Evan was very helpful, responsive, and gave very helpful tips. Overall we were very happy with the experience!

Perfect Rockies getaway

We had five adults together here for a week and spent time hiking on the near by trails, off in the mountains, and skiing in Vail. The location in Edwards is ideal, to us, because it has access to many great places to eat, things to do and is away from the much more crowded Vail area. The house is well equiped with very nice entertainment system, internet, a well equiped kitchen and more. An added bonus is a garage to park in, especially when it’s snowing! The rooms are spacious and well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of books in house to read if you are looking to spend some quality time by the fire. We had a few questions along the way and Evan (our host) was quick to respond with helpful information and suggestions. The main level is large enough for a good group of people and the dining area is as well so there is plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The Edwards area is convenient to a lot of activities, restaurants, hiking, and other communities. The townhome is great for a group with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. And we loved the extensive LP collection - what a treat!

Perfect Mountain Getaway Spot for Family or Group of Friends!

Pictures do not do justice to how beautiful and spacious this home is when you see it in person. The open concept and large spacious kitchen/dining area make it easy to cook meals without feeling like slaving away in the kitchen or missing out on the fun. The bedroom setup is perfect for a large family or a group of friends/couples with two large king beds and a gorgeous handmade wood bunk room with its own remodeled bathroom. The location is perfect for whatever you've looking to do - skiing, hiking, relaxing, etc. There's plenty to do in Edwards, including some great bars and restaurants within walking distance (definitely try Belmont Deli just down the street!). And for things that are just out of walking distance, the bus stop is just down the hill and can take you pretty much anywhere you'd want to go. However, the home entertainment center and comfy couch might suck you in for an entire afternoon if you're not careful! This was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a mountain getaway - it has the luxury and space you want without breaking the bank on a place in Vail or Beavercreek.

Unbelievably Convenient and Cozy

Stayed at this home for my 4 day snowboard trip at Beaver Creek. This condo is not only convenient to the mountain, but has shops and places to eat within a mile. The Riverwalk has some of the best dining and shopping in the state and is just down the hill from the condo. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Great ski rental for family or group

We rented this property right after Christmas for four nights. It was perfect for our family, which consisted of 6 adults and an infant. It was extremely close to Edwards city center. The kitchen was well equipped if you are inclined to eat in. The bedrooms all had a designated bathroom which was very nice. Beds were extremely comfortable with high end bedding. The furnishings are quite eclectic and the owner offers his large album collection and turntable for all to use. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this location on our next visit to the Beaver Creek area.

Great Stay

Great stay--place had everything my own home has making the experience most enjoyable. Audio/Visual components in this house are actually better than most---listening to classic Springsteen on the turntable and surround sound system was nice. Skiing was just so-so as the snow is going faster than normal, but apres ski was still great as we could make our own cocktails at the house before making the easy walk to the clubhouse for hot tub/pool fun. We cooked/ate in half the time; ate out the other half. Easy restaurant access.

Loved it!

This condo has everything you need for a great stay and is close to the Edwards town center, Beavercreek, and Vail. I was in town for a long weekend with friends and we absolutely loved how convenient everything is, from restaurants to the shuttle for Beaver Creek Village. The condo is quite spacious, perfect for a family as well. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Great experience and will definitely come back again!!
