The Space:

This spacious one-bedroom condo in the heart of South Beach sleeps up to four guests and sits just one block from the ocean on Collins Avenue. The standout feature? Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto wrap-around terraces where you'll catch sunrise over the Atlantic and sunset views that paint the sky. Recently renovated with Art Deco-inspired design, marble floors, and high-end finishes, it's a light-filled home base for exploring Miami Beach.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The king bedroom opens directly onto the private terrace and includes a built-in desk if you need to catch up on work between beach days. The full bathroom features a soaking tub—great for unwinding after a day in the sun—and there's a convenient half bath for guests.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-concept living area feels twice its size thanks to those expansive glass doors. You'll find two distinct sitting areas: one with sofas around a coffee table for morning coffee, and another with a large sofa and armchairs facing a wall-mounted TV with premium cable. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with high-end Miele appliances and a Keurig for your morning brew, while the quartz island with three stools works beautifully for casual meals or as a laptop-friendly workspace.

Fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. There's a dedicated workspace at the breakfast bar and another in the bedroom. The building offers self check-in with elevator access and a private entrance to your unit. Covered parking is available for a fee with in-and-out privileges. CVS is a one-minute walk for any essentials, and you're within easy walking distance of Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and dozens of restaurants. Housekeeping during your stay can be arranged for an additional charge if desired.

Collins Avenue is lined with boutique shops making this area a shopaholic’s paradise and it’s close to shopping and dining meccas like Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.



And just a short ride to Miami Downtown, Brickell, and the up-and-coming and fashionable Wynwood.

Other Things to Note:

The property is equipped with NoiseAware, a noise monitoring device that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.



There are also surveillance cameras on the property for your safety and security. There are none inside the property .



We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner & toilet paper. However, these are not replenished.



The rooms at this complex have different owners, and some rentals are run by outside agencies and not by the owner themselves. Just keep this in mind when you are inquiring or making requests about something at the property.



There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged at an additional charge.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



The hotel offers covered parking with fee with in & out privileges.



- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the property , and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $2000 USD penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters are required to provide a government ID and sign a rental agreement prior to the stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.
