The location was perfect! It had great amenities, however the furniture was very cheap and very uncomfortable. It seemed as though they were not prepared to have guests stay here and found quick furniture to accommodate eBay they promoted on the site.
The property was new and well cared for. It is fully supplied with kitchen stuff and bedding. I am so happy we had a unit with a balcony. Several things to be aware of:
1. it is diffiicult at best to reach billing and customer service by phone, even after leaving messages. However, on the 3rd floor there is an office staffed most hours. Kathy and Patrice were great, helpful and incredibly kind. They should get raises. When I was able to reach customer service, Tiffany was terrific too.
2. wifi could definitely be stronger and there was no wifi on the roof top.
3. the security code system was annoying and sometimes it had to be tried several times. However, using the app LATCH is incredibly helpful.
4. there is no in-and-out parking
5. nice roof top with a summer season swimming pool. 7th floor has a nice a party/game room
6. grocery store is close by.
My wife and I stayed in the Noma balcony apartment for a long weekend. We really enjoyed our time. The apartment was bright and comfortable, and we loved the neighborhood. It was a nice touch that live tv was provided. I did not like the fact that Global Luxury Suites makes you sign all kinds of extra documents once you choose their location. I feel like if you are selling your spaces on VRBO, the VRBO reservation process alone should be enough. However, be aware that if you want to rent their space, you have to fill out their extra contracts. They use the Latch app for their key system. We liked the app, but they had not downloaded our keys when we wanted to check in. Quick call to their customer service cleared it up. While there is parking at the unit, it’s expensive. Use the spothero app to find nearby parking for less.
Our biggest issue is with the bed. We thought the bed was extremely cheap and uncomfortable. It was not firm at all and made noise every time one of us got back in the bed. No bar of soap. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

"NEW" CHEAP FURNITURE!
The most uncomfortable couch and chairs to relax on. Then there is the bed! You have heard the saying moving furniture?? Well, the bed litterly moves with every move you make on the bed and it squeaks and creaks with a simple movement of your arm! Geesh hardest matress the floor was softer. One blanket says can sleep 3 but, no bedding for a 3rd person. There are no hand towels for kitchen use and no soap for the dishwasher. Limited silverware and cooking supplies. Two rolls of TPfor 5 days not acceptable. Two small bath towels if you shower twice you will use a wet towel. You would have to fully stock the kitchen to cook anything on the stove. No pans for the oven! The kitchen is a big waste of time. Oh and by the way since you have to hand wash dishes the cabinet is so low over the sink you constantly bump your head on it and almost put out your eye on the handle. Poor design! Not safe! I would say the cheap furniture will not last and you do not relax or rest because of the poor quality. Stay somewhere else for the money!
