A really wonderful property

Despite being short one bathroom as the previous tenants had broken the shower, we had a wonderful stay. Sawtell is a great destination and the beaches are awesome.

Overall a nice property

House was well appointed. Pool was great. Location was great (short walk to RSL, restaurants etc). Cons were neighbours barking dog keeping us awake at night (not really what you want on a holiday) and lack of heaters for the cold nights (the AC did not work).
