Lovely quiet mountain stream condo on the edge of town. Great access to town, easy drive to hikes. Queen bed mattress and pillows and upstairs carpet need replacing

Easy and nice river setting

The place worked well for our group of two couples. Football watching wasn’t ideal with the small tv in the bedroom but it was nice to sit by the fire and play cards after ski days.

Great condo in a great location

This is a nice condo that is very conveniently located: it's walking distance to downtown Ketchum (about 3-4 minutes to the edge of downtown). The view out the back is very peaceful with Trail Creek flowing by. The condo was what I'd call basic, nice upstairs bathroom and kitchen was well appointed. I wish there were a TV in the main living area; there's only a small TV in the smaller bedroom. The master bedroom has a memory foam mattress that was too squishy. As with most rentals, a few well placed hooks for coats and other items are missing. The rug in the bedroom had some debris and hair on it, but otherwise the place was clean. All of these are nitpicks and I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great location , but the living area downstair was very cold and needed more furniture to make it cozy for example a coffee table a rug an another couch so people can sit and talk.
