Trethellan - Large house with bay views and 10 minute walk to the beach

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups (we do not accept bookings made up of 16 adults) ** We do not permit pets.**

'Trethellan' is a beautiful property that caters for the extended family or 2-3 families. It could also be very successfully used for health and yoga retreats. The property has beautiful water views over the trees to the bay and is a 10 minute walk to the beach.

The home is well designed over two levels. The upstairs has the kitchen (with coffee machine, dishwasher, soda stream, air fryer, rice cooker and a dining table for the kids), dining area (with another dining table) and living area (with Smart TV where you can watch Netflix and Foxtel) overlooking the vast deck with amazing views. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level. This area is made comfortable with a split system air con/heater and a coonara fireplace and the upstairs level has ducted heating throughout.

While away the hours relaxing on the front deck admiring the beautiful view, lounging on the comfortable outdoor chairs or having a BBQ (this is on mains gas, so no need for gas bottles). An additional back deck with views and seating is also available.

Downstairs has another large living space, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living space is a fantastic "kid's zone" with a billiard table, dart board and many toys and games. It's set up fantastically to spend time watching a movie in comfort. This area has a split system air con/heater.

The laundry is downstairs with two washing machines, a clothes dryer and direct access to the backyard which has play equipment for the kids (the trampoline in the photo is no longer there). There is also two portacots and two high chairs. There is WiFi for your use.

The property is fully fenced and has space for approx three cars and an overflow park for another car in the second driveway (it's situated on a corner block).

4th bedroom (downstairs) - queen bed and a single bunk, BIR (sleeps 4 people)

5th bedroom (downstairs) - 2 x single bunks (sleeps 4 people)

6th bedroom (downstairs) - queen bed, ceiling fan, BIR

Bed linen and bath towels are included for all bookings (surcharge applies).
