Beautiful fall colors

Our family of three really enjoyed our stay at the Pitkin Adventure Base. The layout was great, the views are spectacular, and it was an added bonus that the aspen trees in the courtyard were in full color. The warmth of the fireplace and the cozy amenities made it the perfect place for our family to hang out and play games (there were many supplied) in the living room. We are older these days, but it was still easy to walk to town and to some nearby trails. Would highly recommend, we will be back.

Lovely, clean, well-appointed property in a great location!

One of the best stays we have had at a VRBO property! It felt newly remodeled, very clean with superior furnishings and finishings. We hope to stay again the next time we are in Frisco.

Great Place in Frisco

Ideal location - a few blocks from Main Street. Really nicely appointed place - comfortable, modern, clean, well equipped. Communication was great. Highly recommend- will definitely look to stay again on next vacation in the area.

Clean, convenient and affordable

I stayed in this great condo with my daughter and the location was perfect. Very clean and new and the management- Max especially was vey attentive and helpful.

My favorite Vaca rental ever

The condo was fantastic. The kitchen was very pleasant to use. The kids loved the loft. Lots of cool games. Beds were super comfy. Plus it’s so close to a bunch of shops, restaurants and bars. We all loved the condo. It felt like a real home away from home.

Great Mountain Escape

This Frisco condo was a perfect location for our recent ski getaway. It is located on a quiet street a few blocks from main street. The condo was very clean, well appointed with pots/pans for cooking & the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the upper loft and my nephew enjoyed the large box of Legos! The management company was very receptive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to reserve this condo for future stays!

Gorgeous property

My kids and I had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful rental home in Frisco. Our host was very responsive and the property had everything available that we could ever need. Beautifully updated inside and very tasteful interior decorating. My son loved sleeping in the loft above the kitchen and my daughter enjoyed having a room all to herself. Don’t hesitate for a second in reserving this condo if you plan to stay in Frisco. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic place! new, well appointed, with an amazing host

Great place! Just like it looks in the photos. Loved that it had seating for 8- in the dining room and sofas. The hosts thought through everything- separate heaters in the bedrooms so the 2nd floor didn't get too warm. Kitchen is a bit cozy, though nicely done and had everything we needed. The loft was super fun for the kids. Pull out sofa is comfortable- better than your average sofa bed. Off the beaten path so it's quiet, yet a short walk to Main Street and right off the bike path. Max is a super helpful host. Hoping to stay here again- in summer and winter!

Clean and Comfortable Stay in Frisco

My recent stay at this lovely condo was great! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable and instantly made me feel at home. The attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the host had put in a lot of effort to create a welcoming space for their guests. The condo itself was spotless, and the comfortable furniture and modern amenities allowed me to unwind with ease after long days of skiing. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the outstanding responsiveness of the guest contact. He was eager to provide assistance and answer any questions I had. His warm demeanor and prompt communication put my mind at ease and made my stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, I cannot recommend this condo enough for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. The host's dedication to providing an exceptional experience for their guests is truly commendable. I look forward to returning in the future and reliving this fantastic experience!

Walk everywhere

Beautiful space, with everything we needed! The beds were extremely comfortable. Plently of towels! This home had been updated and appointed so well and it was perfect for our girls weekend. We loved being able to walk to town and on hikes right from the front door!
