Guest Limit Policy

The maximum number of guests permitted on the property at any time, day or night, must not exceed the number stated on the booking.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and maintain positive relationships with our neighbours and local community, please review the following house rules before booking:



1. All guests must sign the Peachy Properties booking agreement prior to arrival.

2. For non-Airbnb bookings, a security bond via credit card pre-authorisation is required and released following a satisfactory post-stay inspection.

3. Only registered guests may be on the property at any time.

4. No parties, events or unapproved gatherings are permitted.

5. Loud music and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.

6. Outdoor areas must not be used after 10:00 PM in accordance with local regulations.

7. Strictly no schoolies, hens, bucks or party-style bookings.

8. Bookings are accepted only from groups aged 28 years and over.

9. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

10. Parking is permitted only in designated garage and driveway spaces.
