Even though the real estate showed a text with the keys lock combination, we didn’t receive it & the host didn’t reply to our text email or calls for 3hr & at 9pm at night. So we had to find other accomodation in another town. The dog outside area was cement so not suitable to let our dog out without supervision. No complimentary cup of tea offered &

Hi Gyanye, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the check-in process. We sent the check-in information to the same number you were contacting us from, but we're sorry for not getting back to you right away at 6:30pm. As a gesture of goodwill, we issued you a partial refund of $150.00 because you had to find alternate accommodation for that night. Regarding the complimentary items, please note that our properties are not advertised as providing complimentary tea or coffee. This information is reiterated in the guest information emailed to you before your stay. We're sorry to hear about the issue with the outdoor area for your dog. We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. Thankyou, Mid Coast Team
