the unit was old and not well maintained. It was clean and close to the beach and a good choice if you have dogs.Any review I give is a bit clouded by the TV dying and the vacuum cleaner having detached hoses - both were replaced (TV took 4 days to be checked then was replaced immediately). The price was reasonable and there was plenty of room for two large dogs so it was good value for us
