Beautifully appointed and comfortably furnished, Pavilions 2 has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two living areas plus an expansive outdoor entertaining area with a private plunge pool. Your comfort has been assured with fully ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

Return airport transfers from nearby Hamilton Island airport ensure you arrive refreshed and ready to begin your holiday. Conveniently positioned you may choose to use your 4-person electric golf buggy to explore the island (supplied,) or alternatively, its just a short stroll from your accommodation to sample restaurants, bars, the local IGA and boutique shops at your leisure.

As you enter the villa you will be immediately presented with those gorgeous, expansive views over Dent Island and further to the mainland. With boats coming and going, there will always be something to see.

Through the entrance and around to your right sits a large dining table with comfortable seating opposite the spacious chef's kitchen. Stainless-steel appliances including microwave and double door fridge are featured here. There is also a gas stove top, dishwasher, coffee machine and vast island bench with additional seating. You'll have everything you require to prepare even the most elaborate meals if you wish. The views from the kitchen over the marina and your own private pool, plus its proximity to the living areas mean cooking will be an enjoyable task.

The lounge area is beautifully furnished with two 4-seater couches and two high-backed, batwing chairs, all with comfy, oversized throw pillows you can sink into. There is also a smart television with soundbar, Foxtel and the villa includes WIFI.

Leading out from the kitchen and lounge is a spacious, covered entertaining area which includes a private pool, 2 alfresco dining areas, outdoor lounge area with oversized, tropical seating and coffee table, an outdoor kitchen with family size BBQand ample storage, and sun lounges for those looking to work on their tan and relax by the pool. No expense has been spared here to ensure your utter comfort and relaxation as you watch the world go by in this resort style, private apartment.

Return inside and by the entry way, a family/media room is perfectly situated for those wishing to read or for the kids to play uninterrupted. With access to the patio area light floods in, showcasing the tropical gardens. Furnished with comfortable seating and coffee table, a smart television completes the space.

Four carpeted and luxuriously appointed bedrooms sleep up to 10 people so you will be able to bring the whole family or friends to enjoy this amazing villa in full indulgence.

The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen television and ample storage and is located privately from the other three rooms. Plantation shutters let in as much light as required and provide added privacy whilst the sliding doors lead you outside to the patio if you wish and allow cooling breezes to flow through. The elaborate ensuite bathroom features opening shutters allowing you to enjoy the view from your large, built-in spa bath while you soak away the day. A separate shower, dual sinks with more storage plus a private toilet .

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a connecting bathroom complete with bath, separate shower and private toilet. Bedroom 2 has a choice of either a king bed or two king singles with built in wardrobe and access to the patio area. Bedroom 3 also has a choice of a king bed or two single beds and both rooms have fully ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. Plantation shutters ensure privacy and allow you to direct the light as you wish for a comfortable nights sleep.

Bedroom 4 includes two bunk beds sleeping 4 with carpet, ducted air conditioning and block out blinds. There is a powder room also by the entrance with toilet, sink and shower. If youd like to do some laundry a front load washer and dryer and washing line are also provided.
