Beautiful with great beach access

We so enjoyed the two balconies. We got to go to the beach (just a short walk), watch sunrise and sunset, read, paint and relax. It was wonderful

Location was good, just across the street from the beach. Liked the pool access and the layout of the condo. 2 balconies, one in front and one in the back. Pleasant stay.

Great end of summer trip

It’s a really cute place to stay. We loved how close it is to the beach and we loved the front porch. My 9 year old especially loved the hammock. It’s close to the grocery store and restaurants. The pool was always so clean and never crowded. We hope to stay again soon.

We went Memorial Day weekend, and it rained the entire time. However, the awesomeness of this place with a front a back deck made the vacation very peaceful and relaxing. With a view of the marsh from the back deck and a beach view from the front, our vacation was great even with the rain.

Great weekend

We went for our 30th anniversary and loved it. Very clean and comfy. Would recommend to anyone. One down fall was all the steps lol. But that’s just because we are getting old. Still I would definitely go again.

The Breakers at Carolina Beach/ Condo 10

Even though it rained the entire Memorial Day weekend, the condo was so nice with a front and back deck. You could view the beach from the front and the marsh from the back. I was able to relax and read many books. Loved that it was at the end of Carolina Beach development, right at the entrance of Freeman Park! Not in the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. Great experience and very nice place to stay!

Good location

You can't beat the location of this condo, right at the entrance to Freeman Park, which is our favorite beach in the area. It was great having two decks with beautiful ocean and marsh views. The bed and the sofa were really comfortable, and we slept great. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was not working during our visit. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work either, and there were no ice cube trays, so we had no ice, which was a bummer as it was a really hot weekend. We also could not figure out how to use the neat-looking arcade game in the living room, as no instructions were provided. Lots of buttons to press, but none were labelled.
