The single family ranch features two comfortable bedrooms, each of which is outfitted with a queen bed. One bedroom also has a dedicated work desk and chair for anyone who needs to catch up on emails or get some work done during the holiday.

There are two full bathrooms located off the main living area, one featuring a steam shower! Each bathroom is stocked with the essentials, including plush towels, hair dryers, soap, and shampoo.

You’ll find all the basic cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you need to whip up the perfect meal. Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking, you’re just a few minutes away from places like the Lake Life Restaurant. If you do decide to dine in, you can enjoy your meals at the dining table or head outside to the large deck and dine alfresco.

The spacious living room is the perfect place to kick your feet up and relax after a long day in the outdoors. You can stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen Smart TV or enjoy the fireplace. The modern furniture and elegant finishings give the entire space a sophisticated feel.

This private space is the best place to make the most of the beautiful lakeside sunshine. You can cool off by dipping your feet off the dock or sip cold drinks from the comfort of the shade anywhere on the huge deck. There is a paddle boat included for free. There are kayaks, paddle boards, boat rentals and accessories located at the house that can be rented through my watersport business if guests want a full lakehouse experience.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

There are lots of fun places to kayak, paddle board, and boat in the canal and lake. Lots of fun restaurants in the area, would recommend Sylvan Table, Fork n' pint, B1 Tavern, J Bird smoked meats and quite a few others. Dodge state park is attached to the same lake you are on and is a great destination. This lake has one of the largest sandbars in the area where you can hangout in fairly shallow water and soft sand. During the winter many people ice skate, snowmobile, cross country ski and ice fish on the lake.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

TRASH
Trash day is Friday. Trash bins are in the garage and can be rolled out to the curb anytime Thursday or early Friday morning.

PARKING
Our driveway can fit 5-6 cars (if parked in an orderly manner). You can also park on the grass to the right of the driveway by the fence gate as well if extra parking is needed.

TV
We have a Smart TV in our living room. You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc with your own login credentials. We DO NOT have cable.

GRILL/SMOKER
We have a grill/ smoker combo in our backyard. Guests will need to provide their own pellets for the grill. They can be found at any Lowe's, Home Depot or Menards.

DOCK/LAKE
Our backyard opens up to the lake and 40ft dock. There are no gates, so please be mindful and responsible of all children when in that area.

FIREPLACE
Please enjoy sitting and relaxing by the fireplace in our living room.
Guests will need to provide their own fire wood.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
•        No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.

•        No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident

•        Please remove shoes

•        Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).

•        Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.

•        We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

•        Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.
