I chose this central Newmarket neighborhood because it is such a family-friendly and convenient area. I love that it’s peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet afternoon of reading in the backyard, yet just minutes away from everything—the shops at Upper Canada Mall, the local charm of Main Street, and the Southlake Regional Health Centre. It’s a community that truly feels like home, with great transit links for exploring the rest of the GTA.

What makes SunnyHaven stand out is the incredible amount of space we offer, both inside and out. As a mother, I know how rare it is to find a rental with enough parking for the whole group, so our 5-car capacity (garage and driveway) is a huge plus! Our expansive backyard is my favorite spot—it’s a private "joy" where kids can play or you can simply relax with a book on the patio.
