Lake-front on the prettiest lake in the Cariboo

Finding Sulphurous lake was like finding a little bit of heaven. Start your day with sunrise and a coffee on the dock. Enjoy full sun all day, a refreshing swim, and a late night hot tub (seasonally). Go to sleep and repeat.

Our bungalow sits on a 1/2 acre of beach front property, with our own dock. From the main road, there is a steep driveway with plenty of parking. Level access to the large deck from the master, great room and laundry make accessibility a breeze, and then access to the hot tub, yard, and water is sloped with stairs.

The home has three bedrooms: master (king) with an ensuite and two guest rooms (double or queen). All together, there are two full washrooms for guests. The rooms can accommodate a single air mattress for a child if necessary. In addition, the family room has a queen pull out mattress for extra guests. With two adults per bedroom (and pull out), the home accommodates eight adults.

We also have a bunkie available upon request for an extra guest charge per night. The bunkie has power and heating, but it does not have a washroom, so when the snow arrives, it may be an effort to walk back and forth. Please contact us directly if you require additional space and would like to use the bunkie.


You're welcome to bring your own boat or kayaks. There is a boat launch very nearby for your use. Our insurance does not allow guests access to our water-craft. There is a fire pit for your use when outdoor fires are allowed.

Our kitchen is well stocked with filtered water to drink in the kitchen.

Young guests will enjoy the swings and slide, as well as a selection of family games to play by the fire.

In the cooler months, we try to use the indoor fire to heat the home. We do our best to supply a reasonable amount of wood, Please contact us if any questions.
