Central air conditioning, fast wifi, 1 free driveway parking stall on-site, free guest permit street parking on request, free street parking in the area (with some time restrictions), laundry room with front load washer, dryer & laundry pods provided, Samsung smart TV with Netflix, Crave, Amazon Prime, Disney (log-in required) & free Samsung Plus TV channels (no log-in required), well kept gardens & a west facing patio to enjoy the city views. Within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Bridgeland/Memorial C-Train Station, Zoo, Downtown, Bow River Pathway system, St. Patrick's Island & East Village.
