This individual character farmhouse is isolated from the owners' house and surrounded by a large wooded plot of 5000m2, with open views of the green countryside. The cottage is 3 km from Sauzet, all shops, 15 km from Cahors discovery of a historical, gastronomic and cultural heritage, 10 km from Montcuq with its landscaped lake and market, 40 km from St Cirq Lapopie l ' one of the most beautiful village in France, 50 km from Rocamadour. its historic site and its many tourist activities
