HHI Family Vacation

The house was everything we were looking for. Plenty of room for our family of eight with close proximity to beach and Coligny Plaza. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool land bar area. The folks at Beachside were very attentive and responsive - making sure we had everything we needed for a great week.

Amazing house ...had a lovely vacation

The house made our vacation just perfect. The pool was the main attraction with the kids spending hours in it. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk. The rooms were spacious with a huge living room make it ideal to hang out. We even made great use of the ping pong and the pool tables.

Had a great golf weekend at this house. Bedrooms were large and private, and the outdoor bar area (by the pool) was where we spent most of our time. Very close to the beach and very short walk to many restaurants. Had a minor problem on our first day, but the staff went out of their way to make sure it was resolved the next morning.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family vacation! The property was just as described. Plenty to do onsite and minutes from the beautiful, clean beach and Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants. The pool and spa heat worked perfectly and were enjoyed especially on the chilly days when the beach was too cold. The house was very clean and well stocked. I would not hesitate to book this property again!

A wonderful space!

Our family recently stayed during spring break and had a wonderful time. There’s SO much space our family didn’t use it all but could easily two full families. The location is perfect to walk or bike to Coligny. The property management staff was incredibly responsive to a few of the servicing needs we had during our stay. Would highly recommend the property and we will definitely stay again the next time we are back in Hilton Head.

Beautiful excellent location not toddler friendly

Beautiful home. We loved the setup Elevator worked the day we got there but never again. The pool gate is really easy to open, my 3 year old opened it no problem. The doors leading to the pool were also manipulated easily by my 3 year old. A few chain locks would go a long way for peace of mind if you are traveling with little ones. We moved furniture in front of these doors. That was my only gripe.

Property was as advertised. It had a great layout. People could gather in groups or isolate with no problem. The pool area, with the bar and tv was a great pllace to hang out. We cooked in several times, and found the house well stocked with plates, pans and utensils. We would definitely return if the occasion arises.

Wonderful property

The house is perfection for a large group. Plenty of living space so people could comfortably relax. The house is fourth row. The beach is one minute away. I have no complaints at all. A few pleasant surprises: The pool bar has a TV. The upstairs living area has three pull-out sofas.

Great house, great location.

Great house for multiple families. Location was perfect for our teenagers , and 10 year olds, to ride bikes to coligny for ice cream and candy store!!! Ping pong table and pool kept everyone busy while not on beach!! I will be saving this property as one of my favorites!!!

Thanksgiving 2016 Family reunion

Home is inviting, subtle relaxing colors. Living Room could use a couple additional comfortable chairs. We found the home provided space and activity areas for our 3 generations of family from 4 - 74 years. Bedrooms are attractively decorated with comfortable beds, pillows & nice towels and TV. It being the height of football system it would be nice if a listing of the appropriate TV stations numbers was listed in the House Welcome Manual. there is plenty of parking The Dining area is flexible and accommodates quite a few. A couple of odd chairs for the tables would be advisable for inclement weather which would limit the pool area and balcony areas for a large family meal. The pool area provided a great dining area for the 19 family members for Thanksgiving. By relocating tables & chairs we provided a place for all. The availability of the Hot Tub was a treat for all ages especially the younger. Kitchen: One needs to plan to 'rearrange' provided kitchen tools, accessories, pots & pans, according to their preference as a lot of all is provided and moved around by previous visitors. Pantry is adjacent to kitchen and great for food and beverage storage. Location is great - easy access to the beach; Coligny Square is walking distance for groceries, shopping and dining. This is our 15th Thanksgiving in this North Forest Rd/Dune Street area. We hope to come back to this location in the future. Management Co responded quickly to our requests, ie faulty shower head. Their follow up calls were welcomed and appreciated.

Very enjoyable week.

We enjoyed our stay in this house but it was not without hiccups. There were some issues heating the hot tub, the freezer and icemaker never worked, the elevators worked off and on, the iron quit working. In all theses cases, except for the freezer and icemaker, repairs were timely made or corrected. The pool was very enjoyable and the proximity to the beach was great.
