Regarding the water issue, we promptly addressed each of your three WhatsApp messages through both the owner and management teams, providing immediate support. The brief power outage, which temporarily affected water pressure across the entire complex, was unfortunately beyond our control. However, we did everything possible to restore it as quickly as possible. It’s also worth noting that while your reservation was made for three guests, we accommodated up to five people intermittently—without applying extra charges—out of goodwill and flexibility. While we understand that not every stay can be perfect, we are always available to assist our guests and provide solutions. We regret that our team’s efforts to accommodate and resolve issues were not acknowledged in your review.
