Beautiful spot we would definitely come back!!!Just a few things were a little challenging. There were no pots and pans to cook with but we had lovely neighbors that let us borrow and the microwave doesn’t work.Other than let everything was amazing!
The property is very nice, river right out front, the property owner was very accommodating..The place needs some TLC, but very comfortable and relaxing.. we had a great time here.
This was a really great place to stay! Just what we needed. Clean house and well-stocked kitchen. A back patio with a view of a river, and a hammock. We even made a fire in the fireplace out back one evening. It’s right off the highway so the location was convenient, but tucked away in a neighborhood so no noticeable road noise. We were just really pleased all around.

I wish that I could give this lovely stream side cottage a five star rating. It has been nicely remodeled and staged for sale. New kitchen, paint, updated baths. However, there are details that need attention before renting again. Three big ones: The refrigerator does not work. Despite the owner's protestations that it was fine last week, we could not make the refrigerator work. I have photographic proof that the temperature never got below 50 degrees. Second, we were unable to make the microwave work either. Third, although the property was listed as having air conditioning, we could find no evidence that it had central air, only a window unit in one bedroom. These issues are complicated by the fact that the owner lives 60 miles away and has no local on-call support. A neighbor came by to help us with the refrigerator, but he was not successful. There are other smaller items about which I will communicate directly with the owner, but future renters should confirm with the owner that the big issues have been taken care of, or in the case of the air conditioning, the listing clarified.
This place is as it states, two bedrooms, both queen beds and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you may need. Back deck is an amazing place to sit and catch up with family/friends while you overlook the small river that runs through it. Too shallow to swim, but you can put your feet in, however, it is rocky not sand. I would definitely stay here again.

Location
Overall it was a good place for us. Pictures are very deceiving. We had to clean up the back area, it was covered in pine needles pine cones, just dirty. Be sure to bring extra paper towels and garbage bags. None to be found and the owner came by to check in the “garbage .”

The property was clean, private, well stocked and good communication. The biggest issue was the heater. Whenever it clicked on, it made a loud noise like a door slamming and ran quite loudly. It made for a rough nights sleep. Also, there was no propane for the bbq.
We had an unforgettable stay at this amazing property in Easton, WA, where we celebrated a very special occasion—a vow exchange with our group of 30 people. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was designed with large groups in mind. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably, yet it still felt cozy and welcoming. The setup was perfect for all ages. The kids were constantly entertained with the variety of games and activities available—both indoors and out. The basketball court was a huge hit with everyone, and there were plenty of game options for the adults to enjoy as well. One of our favorite features was the beautiful fire pit located right next to the creek, which provided the perfect spot for winding down in the evenings under the stars. It was peaceful, scenic, and a great place to make memories. This place truly had everything we needed to celebrate, relax, and connect as a group. Highly recommend for anyone planning a large family gathering, retreat, or celebration. We’re already talking about coming back!

Good Location, needs some work
The cabin is prefabricated home. Nothing wrong with this, but it does mean that upkeep is important. The fridge was busted when we got there. The guest contact offered us nothing after we let them know it was down. It looked like they had used fire to control weeds around the property and there were a decent amount of broken fixtures throughout such as the sliding door handle, a window screen and floor damage. The price wasn't bad, but I hoped for a better experience.

Fishing trip to the Yak
House is nice, needs to be cleaned really well as cob webs throughout, and the yard has gone to weeds. But we had a nice stay. The problem was with Evolve that we ended up with after going through VRBO. Evolve is worthless, asked for almost 2 months prior to trip and after booking about fishing at the cabin and got ZERO response. There invoice for the cost actually says contact this person at this email for any questions and we never got a response. If I end up with Evolve again I am canceling the reservation
Catfished by the photos! Not secluded. The entire yard is weeds over a foot tall. No propane. Rusty bbq. Large ants on counter and couches. Property owner came at 745AM yelling hello hello through the door and went to open it. Thought there was an emergency. Answered the door in sleepshirt and he wanted to know what days we were staying and needed to gather garbage to take. Told him no and we left without staying our other night. Sending photos and formal complaint. Asking for refund. Worst experience ever!

Nice cabin close to Snowqualmie skiing!
We stayed at this cabin with friends to stay close to skiing at Alpental/Summit. It was comfortable and perfect for our trip. Our dog really enjoyed running around in the snow and even played fetch in the river. Overall this was a beautiful home and was a very pleasant experience.
A few small complaints: The driveway was very hard to find. That is because the neighbor has a large sign for their property on the entrance road. We had to stop for a while to figure out where the driveway was. I would suggest putting up a sign for this property off the main road. The second bedroom has no windows and is very close to the heater, thus it was blazing hot. But the windows in the master bedroom were leaky and hence this room was still cold even with the central heating on. Last, the WiFi router and password we were given was incorrect and needs to be updated on the check-in instructions and the pamphlet in the home.

Worst rental ever
Garbage can by front door, running over with garbage. Cob webs inside the house. Couches covered in dog hair. Fridge dirty inside, kitchen counters filthy with spillage. Toilets had brown water in them, ants in shower. No sheets on second bedroom bed. The mattress in the Master was covered with yellow stains. Disgusting. Room air conditioner fell out of window. Screens torn on windows and slider. Filthy, disgusting house. We didnt even unpack. We left and came home. We are disputing the charges. You should be ashamed to rent this place at all. Goodbye VRBO

Weekend Getaway
Upon arrival the driveway was not clearly marked. It is a shared driveway with the home next door. The first thing we saw when pulling in was all the weeds in the backyard area down to the riverbank. They were the pokey kind. Not ideal with when wearing shorts and having pets. Wish they had been trimmed or removed so you could enjoy the area better. The home was nicely decorated and very spacious. Had plenty of amenities. We did notice a lot of cobwebs and tiny spiders. Not sure when the home had been rented last. The AC unit only is in the living area opposite of the bedrooms down a long hall. The WiFi password did not work when we arrived . We reached out to the owner and didn’t get a response. The next day, still no response. We called and left a message and still no response. By evening we lost power to the whole cabin. We tried again to reach out and he answered. He was very nice and apologetic. He called the utility and they were experiencing an outage. It lasted 3 hours. It was fine, we played cards on the deck. We could hear the river, but couldn’t see it through all the tall weeds. We appreciated that we could brings our dogs. The surrounding areas were fun to explore. The neighborhood was peaceful.
This property will completely catfish you. The pictures appear to be a remodeled cute cabin, but in reality it is a dirty mobile home. The home was dirty and full of cob webs and spiders. The internet didn’t work, there is no AC as advertised, and the microwave does not work. The outdoor area is nice though but full of cob webs. The host also didn’t respond for almost 2 days regarding the internet not working.
Potential to be a great experience but due to house being on market there were needed items missing like a CAN OPENER! No frying pan, microwave did not work, internet name and password incorrect so had to reach out to owner. There isn’t AC so a couple of fans would have been nice since one bedroom had no windows. No seat cushions for outdoor furniture either. It’s a really great location but felt like owners were more concerned about staging for sake versus furnishing for VRBO - enjoyed the river!!

Overall, the house was very clean and well decorated! There is tons of natural light, and the back porch and yard are so peaceful and relaxing. The house is right along the Yakima river, and the water is shallow enough to wade in. The GPS will bring you to the garage at the road, but if you turn into the driveway next to the garage it takes you back to the house (we had to look twice since we arrived at night and it was quite dark). When we booked the house, there was supposed to be a black pull out couch; however it was removed before our stay due to damage and replaced with a small cot. The cot wasn't quite a replacement for the bed, so we reached out to Evolve for support. Ultimately
