The mountains were beautiful, the cabin was very quiet, jacuzzi was a plus after a bit of hiking in the area.

Loved the cabin overall. Spacious. Room for one big or two small families. Host was helpful. Lots of extras like lounge chairs for outside, dart board, Sega game console and arcade games, extra blankets and pillows, kitchen essentials, etc. Hot tub and outdoor space is nice. Neither fireplace was available, which was disappointing. The main couch in the living room has seen better days. The cushions are totally deflated, exposing the wooden support beams. The outdoor fire pit was nice, and the cabin overall was awesome. Lying on the couch with a fire in the fireplace wasn't really possible. The stargazing is great, but some neighbors don't observe the "dark sky" rules.

Nous trĂšs sommes heureux que vous ayez aimĂ© votre sĂ©jour. Effectivement, en mai jusqu’en septembre, les foyers aux bois sont fermĂ©s Ă  l’intĂ©rieur car les tempĂ©ratures extĂ©rieures sont plus chaudes dĂšs mai. Nous sommes dĂ©solĂ©s que vous n’ayez pas aimĂ© notre divan, il a, en effet, vĂ©cu beaucoup de locations mais est toujours trĂšs fonctionnel. Au plaisir!

Le chalet est situĂ© dans un environnement magnifique, calme et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la variĂ©tĂ© de jeux et d'activitĂ©s disponibles, qui ont beaucoup plu aux enfants. Le fait que les chiens soient les bienvenus a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© un vĂ©ritable avantage pour notre sĂ©jour.Malheureusement, notre expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© ternie par la gestion de deux incidents. À notre arrivĂ©e, la boĂźte Ă  clĂ©s Ă©tait vide. Durant notre sĂ©jour, le distributeur mural de gel douche s'est dĂ©tachĂ© du mur et s'est brisĂ©. Nous avons immĂ©diatement avisĂ© la propriĂ©taire et acceptĂ© de payer les frais de remplacement. Nous avons toutefois Ă©tĂ© déçus par la rĂ©ponse laissant entendre que le distributeur avait reçu « un bon coup », ce qui remettait en question notre bonne foi. De plus, aucune solution ne nous a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e alors que nous n'avions plus de gel de douche, de shampoing pour le reste du sĂ©jour.Le chalet possĂšde de belles qualitĂ©s, mais la gestion de ces situations nous a laissĂ© une impression mitigĂ©e.

Bonjour, nous sommes contents que vous ayez aimĂ© notre chalet. Concernant le distributeur Ă  shampooing et gel douche, effectivement, nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris car il Ă©tait collĂ© au mur depuis plusieurs annĂ©es. Si vous nous aviez signalĂ© que vous n’aviez pas votre propre shampooing ou savon, il nous aurait fait plaisir de vous en fournir, et sans frais supplĂ©mentaire Ă©videmment. Concernant la clĂ©, c’est une erreur humaine, qui n’est arrivĂ© qu’une seule fois dans nos 10 annĂ©es de location de chalet, et malheureusement, c’est tombĂ© sur vous. Nous avons pourtant rĂ©agi trĂšs vite, et vous avez eu votre clĂ© Ă  peine 15 minutes aprĂšs votre arrivĂ©e car nous avons de la famille, des amis et des employĂ©s directement sur le domaine, oĂč se situe notre chalet. C’est pourquoi nous pouvons rĂ©agir trĂšs rapidement en cas d’urgence comme c’était votre cas. Dommage pour ce 3 Ă©toiles qui, selon moi, n’est pas mĂ©ritĂ© avec tout l’amour que nous offrons dans ce chalet. Bref, bonne continuation.

Séjour agréable pour voir les Perséides!

La propriĂ©tĂ© est trĂšs propre et spacieuse. Tout le necessaire est prĂ©sent et plus encore. L’emplacement est parfait pour aller au Mont Megantic ou pour observer les Ă©toiles directement du chalet.

Paisible et tranquille

De tout pour tous les ages de la famille, de l'internet au spa, au jeu de poche et jeu vintage de street fighter! Une ambiance relax, un chalet propre et beaucoup d’espace. De plus que tous les membres de la famille y sont invitĂ©s, oui oui les pitous aussi 😉 N’hĂ©sitez pas d’aller a la pĂątisserie du coin, ca en vaut la peine!
