This downstairs 502 sq ft adults only( nonsmoking/vaping) fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment is centrally located in Jacksonville, with access to Interstates 10 and 95 within a few minutes and only a 10-minute ride to the downtown areas including the stadium, concert venues and the convention center. The unit is located in an older urban core neighborhood of the Murray Hill/Riverside area, and this well-appointed, colorful unit has everything you would need for a short or extended stay. Brand new carpet installation n Dec 2019! The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, pots, pans, honor bar, fireplace. complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, HDTV smart TV with antenna access. (You can get Hulu, Netflix etc. with your own credentials.) and a host of amenities. The unit is modest on the outside, as is the neighborhood but packed with a festive, contemporary/ abstract art palette on the inside, with an interesting array of décor. This is an adults only unit. The unit has state of the art keyless entry, security cameras, well-lit off street parking, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and offers a fully fenced in yard with chairs a table and a small firepit.... PLEASE NOTE.... I do accept one pet with a $50.00 nonrefundable pet fee up to one week. Inquire about multiple pets. Pets must be crated if you leave the unit. II don't care if you have never crated them before that's the house rules. I've had multiple incidents where so called "perfect pets" have chewed pillows, décor, etc. and am not going to put up with it. If this doesn't work for you, respectfully look elsewhere. Why pay $200.00 a night to stay at the tired old Hyatt downtown when you can get double the space and a lot more value for your money here? Please note as an urban core neighborhood you will see a variety of folks here and if you are uncomfortable with seeing people that may not look like you or may differ in terms of religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or income level this may not be the best fit for you. Some blocks look great while the next one may not but note I can only control my level of service, how well appointed my unit is and how clean it stays, the neighborhood is gentrifying and is right on the edge of the dining district. There are over 50 restaurants within a mile of the unit and the number will triple within 2 miles. I have over 400 reviews on competing websites and have decided to add my units to VRBO as this may be the right fit for many short-term guests coming to our area. By the way, I am not near the beach and the closest one is 12 miles away. I get asked that a lot. I have a 45 day maximum limit. My expectation is that all guests read my complete description so that I can meet or exceed their expectations. My maximum stay is 45 days and I do have on premises security cameras.
