You can’t get any closer to the beach than Sea Oats 606.

This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo on Okaloosa Island is a new unit to our rental program and right now available for some prime dates. This condo will sleep 10 so it’s perfect for your next family vacation.

As soon as you walk in, you’re in the main part of the condo, the open living room/kitchen floor plan allows for everyone to interact with each other in this spacious condo.

The kitchen has ample counter space to cook up a meal. The appliances are all full-sized and small appliances such as a blender and coffee maker are in the condo as well. Don’t worry about bring your whole kitchen on your trip, this kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, and cookware you will need. The laundry room is located off the kitchen and has full sized washer and dryer.

The dining table seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with sofa sleeper options to enjoy the large flat screen TV or the stunning Gulf of Mexico views you can see from the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. The living room opens the spacious and private sixth floor balcony has a seating table to use to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a meal while looking for dolphins. The beautiful white sands of Okaloosa Island are located downstairs and just a short walk to the water.

The first guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds. The second guest bedroom has a King-sized bed and flat screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.

The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed and views of the beach from your room. The Master Bathroom has a large walk-in shower you’ll love.

This condo comes with the additional plus of 2 seasonal beach set-ups available at the beach. Also, wireless internet is included with your stay.

Sea Oats is a great family friendly complex with amenities such as a complex pool, fitness center, community BBQ grills, and beach access.
