With no immediate neighbouring high rises, the view has to be seen to be believed, sweeping from the north to the south capturing the CBD skyline, Yarra River, Arts Centre, MCG, Australian Open tennis precinct and beyond to the Dandenong Ranges.

Distinct living zones. The lounge is separated from the kitchen/dining area, creating a sense of space and providing seclusion from others when required. The separate home office/study provides a sanctuary where quiet work/leisure can be enjoyed in privacy. The lavish master suite with ensuite and WIR is secreted away from the other bedrooms in its own private wing where you can soak in the stone tub with total peace and privacy. A sanctuary in the sky.

Tay Tay trip

Amazing property with 270 degree views (no need to visit the sky deck!). More than enough room for the 5 of us. Immaculately presented. Tram stop at front door. Made my group of four 17 yr olds feel like royalty as they got ready to go to the Tay Tay concert. The owner was in close contact with check in details etc before we arrived. Five star stay!

About the host

Your host

We are a family who love to entertain. We have a winery on the famed Mornington Peninsula and hospitality is in our blood (wine!) We are frequently in the city so if you need anything during your stay, we are on hand by phone or in person.

Why they chose this property

The Sub Penthouse is a special inner city apartment. We spent over six years waiting for the 'best' building to come onto the market, and we only had eyes for the skies - level 54 that is. It's interior layout is perfect for creating space away from others when you need it - rare for apartment living, and it offers everything a home does. Butler's Pantry, Study/Home Office, separate Laundry (not shoved in a cupboard in a bathroom). The appliances are Miele, the wall panelling is exquisite and the views are truly 'the best' in the city. With no high rises around us we have an uninterrupted view! We just had to have it and we are so proud to share our space with guests.

What makes this property unique

The complex offers gorgeous amenities which can be used by guests. They include a private Media Room, BBQ/Alfresco Dining Area, Sports Bar and Two Dining Rooms - which can be opened up to create one large space for entertaining. Reservation and Cleaning charges apply to book and use these spaces. Guests have use of the well equipped, air conditioned gym at no cost.
