Quiet and spacious 2 Bed 1 bath Townhouse

You will be situated in Pimlico which is seven minutes to the city and just ten minutes to The waterfront Strand. The quiet complex will suit those seeking a serene experience with close proximity to everything, but a location that allows for a quiet and private stay. In the evening you can enjoy tropical sunset views through the palm trees, a constant reminder of all that is North Queensland.

You will enjoy a comfortable living area and two bedrooms that open onto a sizable patio, ideal for your morning coffee ot tea. The two bedrooms are upstairs, the main with a walk-in-robe and the second with built-in-robes. So plenty of space if you are here for a longer stay. The renovated two-way bathroom has access from both the main bedroom essentially providing an ensuite, but access is also available via the hallway. There is a downstairs toilet for convenience which is situated at the rear of the laundry.

The townhouse also features a modern kitchen which is sure to please the chef in the family. This unit also features security screens, fans, full air conditioning and carport. Extra visitor parking is available as well.

Very good location if you have a loved one in the mater. The cleanliness could be improved, there was food still stuck on cutlery, coffee stains in cups, hair in draws in bathroom and previous guests soap left in shower with hair on it. The stick vacuum was also disgusting, not emptied, wet contents inside the barrel and smelt horrible.

Relaxed and comfortable

What a little gem. 3 of us in our 60s had a lovely relaxing week. Some attention to detail would have been helpful. The shower is over the bath which was very challenging for my husband after 2 knee surgeries and would have been good to know in advance. I enjoy a soak in a bath, but there was no plug. We couldn't find any scissors in the utensils drawer so opening food packaging was challenging. As I said, just little details. Location was great, lovely neighbours and we would happily stay again.
