Additional Information about The Pearl complex. One of the pools is heated year around, geothermal heating. It also has a handicap lift. Additionally, there is a wheelchair ramp to the beach from the pool area. There are community gas and charcoal grills for guest use. The Pearl has a hot tut as well as a fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

Gulf Coast Getaways is pleased to offer this lovely, gulf front 2br/2ba unit at the sparkling Pearl of Navarre. This condo is under new ownership and was purchased by the new owners in order to provide a clean, comfortable, and upscale 2br/2ba beach front unit for the discerning renter(s). This is on the perfect floor height, 6th, high enough to give the incredible views of Navarre Beach and the beautiful white sand but low enough to have the feel you are right there on the beach.

The open living area includes a beautiful updated kitchen, comfortable dining, and awesome TV or conversation area. And of course, all enjoy amazing views!
The Master BR is beautifully decorated with a king bed, flat screen TV. and attached bathroom suite with tub. The master has a separate entrance onto the spacious gulf front deck which also the opens up to the living area. The second bedroom has a brand new bunk bed with spacious full on bottom and twin on top, additionally there is a roll out twin in the closet - the unit comfortably sleeps 6. All 3 TV's were upgraded and replaced in 2024, all our smart TVs.

** The owner has purchased 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas which are stored with the unit that are included **

The Pearl is one of Navarre Beach’s finest complexes, tropical paradise pool area, Jacuzzi, water fountain greeting, and a great work-out gym. February at the Beach

It was a great time to visit Navarre Beach, while some days were cool the sun made searching for seashells very enjoyable. This condo is great, you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome Tranquillity

We love staying at Navarre Beach. This unit at The Pearl is very nice and updated. The balcony gives you a beautiful view of the gulf and the pier. The pools are are also well maintained. We will be back.

Very comfortable condo. Lots of room. Master bed is firm but very comfortable. Huge master bath. Great location and views of Gulf. The Pearl is a really nice building. We stayed 3 weeks. We would go back.

The unit was wonderful…everything we needed.. just beautiful!

We loved this unit… the only disappointments were the lower mattress in the bunk bed was not comfortable.. and the jets on the jacuzzi tub didn’t work…noise from the pool below went on after 10 and kids were yelling and screaming up to and after 10..we would definitely stay in this unit again tho

We just got back from a weeklong stay. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony was perfect. It was a great place to escape the sun for a bit and still enjoy the sounds of the waves. We did go to the store for extra supplies, but didn't end up needing very much at all. Any questions that we had were quickly answered. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the view from the balcony.

Unfortunately, there were several things broken throughout the condo. The front bathroom towel rack falls off the wall, the bottom rack in the dishwasher is jacked up, one of the seats at the bistro table falls out, the drain plug in the Master bath does not work, the rug in the living area looks very dirty, and the bench on the balcony is literally falling apart. The balcony was great and the view was gorgeous.

Solid place to stay

Nice view of the beach. Condo and property were very clean if slightly out of date. What kept us from a 5 star is the little things. No hair dryer. No motor in the jetted tub. No welcome package. Stuff like that. 30 min to either Destin or Pensacola gives you options for stuff to do.

The unit was very nice, updated where it needed to be. The balcony was really great with the beautiful views. The kitchen could have used more flatware and new nonstick pans. The ice maker ran constantly, but was not too clean looking inside so I never used that ice. I bought a bag for the week. The linens… a few towels were new and small….the rest were quite tired It would’ve been really nice to have beach towels supplied. When you fly, it’s not fun to try and get a beach towel in your suitcase. The king bed and pillows were very comfy. Overall, The Pearl is a little worn and only one of two elevators was working. I did enjoy my stay though!!

Our Navarre experience

Property was fine and had some renovation/ construction going on so part of parking lot & 1/2 of pool was tapped off for entry. Signage to the building/ was POOR! Very hard to see in the dark & building was nestled between 2 larger - adjoining properties / not related to The Pearl.

We really enjoyed the condo. The location to the elevator, pool, beach access, and trash chute made the stay super convenient. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture so we could spend a lot of time on our balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and washer/dryer was so nice to have! We felt very comfortable here. When we come back, I’d definitely book this condo again! The check in and texting from the hosting company was also nice.
