I'm truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience during your recent stay at our property. It's disheartening to learn that your visit was not up to the standards we strive to provide. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, including the grill breaking and cleanliness concerns. We did promptly replace the propane tank as that is our first way to troubleshoot if a grill is having trouble. Since that did not solve it, we have since been working with the homeowner to repair the grill. I apologize the grill broke during your stay but we are working on fixing it for future guests. Your cleanliness concerns were brought to the attention of our housekeeping team so ensure small things are not missed again. Our housekeepers take pictures during their clean so we can ensure all the proper cleaning steps were taken. We take your feedback seriously.
