Situated directly on Lake Erie, CJ’s Lakehouse offers all the comforts of home with the charm & serenity of lakefront living. Located less than 1km from Point Pelee National Park, fun & adventure are steps away. If it's calm and relaxation you're looking for, we have a huge backyard with a large upper and smaller lower beach and a great firepit. CJ’s is all about loving the lake life, your furry family members included! A Point Pelee Park pass is included as part of your rental experience. Propane BBQ and lots of outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking available for vehicles or even a boat (covered car port).

Cottage is charming, comfortable and very well curated. Clean, with comfortable beds, great pillows and lots of hot water. Hostess has clearly anticipated our every need, right down to a welcome basket including marshmallows and treats for pets. Lovely lake view but no water access.

For future guests reading reviews, we'd like to clarify that the property is directly on the lake and does include private water access via a set of stairs leading from the backyard down to the water and lower beach area. This is our second stay at CJ's Lake house. Everything about the stay is thoughtful, extra beach towels, park pass, blankets for use by the fire. Bringing pets? There are bowls and leashes and even treats left out for your use. The host is super easy to get a hold of and will often ask if you need anything. 100% would recomend

The bedrooms did get quite warm at night even with the fans and the shower leaked water everywhere. There was too few towels for a family of 3 for a week long stay.Other than that, the host was very responsive and the property was really nice.

A lovely house, perfect location. Has everything needed, plus more. Thoughtful touches, such as throw blankets by the door if cool sitting outside enjoying the fantastic lake views, or by the fire pit. The host was great. Amazing spot! Quiet. Highly recommend.

Host was amazing through whole process - from questions before booking to the prep for checking in to the stay. Quickly answered any questions I had and really went above and beyond to make sure all was good with the lake house. Place was very clean and exactly as pictured, quiet area and the lake view wonderful. My cat loved the window with the backyard busy with squirrels and birds. We even had some wonderful small talk over texts about the area. This was my first VRBO experience and she made it great, and I will easily and happily rent this space from her again. Perfect host and space!

This was a great property. Very close to the national park and the host was kind enough to let us use her season pass which was just amazing. Everything you could need for cooking, barbequing etc was all at hand. A welcome package included treats for our dog which was just lovely. Very cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage and the garden was right on the lake with chairs and a fir pit so we could see the beautiful sunsets. Just up the road was a great restaurant called Freddys. The menu was great and they served cocktails which was nice to go there for lunch or a relaxing drink after the day at the parkI would highly recommend this property and will book again next time we go to Point Pelee

WOW! Proximity to park was amazing. Allowed us to come back for lunch and naps and return for evening visit. Usage of park pass made it so super convenient. Lake House was wonderful. Captivated by the wall wide window over looking Lake Erie. Well stocked, super clean house. Had everything you can ever want - bbq, fire pit, marshmellows, roasting sticks, outside blankets. Wish we had more time to enjoy the house. Would definitely return in future and recommend to friends.
