This absolute beachfront property boasts epic 180deg views of the magical Spencer Gulf and is positioned right above Sims cove. A (very) short stroll and you're on the beach sun baking, swimming or crabbing.

Absolutely amazing!!!

Such a wonderful stay. The house has an incredible view, is so spacious and the hosts have really thought of everything to make us feel at home. Booking and checking in was easy and when we had questions during our stay, the hosts responded straight away. We would love to come back again. Thank you so much, it was absolutely beautiful 😀

A great location and spacious, well maintained property. Good facilities but need to update number of wine glasses and kitchen equipment( saucepans and casserole dishes placemats etc.

SHORT STAY

House is amazing,we booked 3 nights but had to leave after one night due to motor vehicle problems. Just bad luck,but we will definitely return. Owners were great as well.

Beach front holiday home at Port Hughes.

We are a family of 5 and this house was perfect for us. From the moment we walked into this beautiful beach front home we felt relaxed. Check in process was easy and communication with host was fast and reliable. Everything you needed was supplied for us in the kitchen and throughout the house. Great location, quiet and a beautiful outdoor area upstairs. Thanks.

The layout of the house was excellent and the beach front views were amazing. The poor presentation of the property was apparent immediately the gardens are overgrown and dominated by large weeds. Cobwebs and dirty windows were obvious and detracted from the overall presentation.The floors were not clean and dust was obvious under furniture and on most surfaces. The view was amazing but obscured by dirty windows with dust on the outside and children’s finger marks on the inside. The poor state of cleanliness on the verandah was obvious. It had not been swept let alone washed for many weeks. The state of the BBQ was disgusting and fat and food remnants along with an old fishing lure were underneath the BBQ. a beaded necklace had been broken at the property and beads were spread on the floor on the verandah, living room and upstairs bathroom. How could they be present if the property had been cleaned correctly. The hot water was not working so we contacted the property manager who was helpful in trying to remedy problems. The manager arranged for the hot water unit to be replaced the following day but we were required to work around the tradespeople. The manager also arranged for a cleaner to come and re clean. The whole experience was time consuming and inconvenient.The oven had not been cleaned for months and the overall state of the kitchen was average. The cost of the rent did not reflect the standard of the property.
