Why they chose this property

I am now retired and built this holiday home in Point Vernon to stay in. This location is very quiet with lots of wildlife .I love this area especially for its sunsets and local beach.

What makes this property unique

The Hamptons style and bush setting so close to the beach and parks make it unique. Kangaroos hop down the street and graze on the front lawn.
