Here at Sweet Southern Ranch, we want our guests to feel “at home.” You will find spacious rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, onsite laundry, and more! With 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and space to sleep 10, families and groups of friends will enjoy this stay. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near the US-80 and Manchester Expwy- it takes about 20 minutes from the Riverwalk, Downtown Columbus, The Cocoa-Cola Space Science Center, and Fort Moore. The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside, the dining room is to your left, and the living room is straight ahead. The dining room has a large table with seating for six. Continue through this space to enter the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. A pub table with two chairs, three countertop barstools, ample counter space, essential cookware, and dinnerware completes this space.
Off the kitchen are the laundry room and the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king bed, SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate vanity area, a standup shower, and a large bathtub.
To the right of the kitchen, you will enter the living room. This cheery space has vaulted ceilings, a built-in bookcase, SmartTV, a sofa bed, and a loveseat.
The additional three bedrooms are off of the living room. The first and second bedrooms have twin beds and a TV; the third has a queen bed and a TV. The second full bathroom is shared between these bedrooms, complete with a shower/tub combo.
Outside you will find a large yard and a patio with a table and chairs.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet and safe residential area.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We requests guests removed shoes before entering the home.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
