This bright new home boasts modern amenities, open plan living areas making for a comfortable retreat for any holiday maker.
The property is suited to a relaxing coastal holiday or friends get- together. Located in quiet Bermagui Heights, across the road from bushland on the edge of the golf course.
Enjoy the open plan living area as well as an outdoor deck and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing.
This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is well equipped.

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, large room, walk in wardrobe, ensuite and sliding doors onto the deck.

Bedroom 2: Double Bed, bedside table, built in

Bedroom 3: Single bed x 2 w trundle, bedside table, built in wardrobe.

Bathrooms: Full bathroom with a bath shower. Ensuite. Hair dryer

Bermagui value & convivence

Great house, very comfortable, clean & modern. 1,001 DVD's, but TV & DVD player not working, which can be very disappointing for the young ones!! Love the kangaroos across the road.
