Vacances 15 au 22 juillet 2023

Avons (2 seniors, notre petit-fils de 15 ans, l'autre de 9 ans + 1 chat) avons passé une agréable semaine à Stella Plage. Logement conforme à nos attentes, propriétaire sympathique. Station balnéaire familiale par excellence, à la fois active (plage, dunes, visite des localités environnantes, skatepark intégrant aussi panier de basket, terrain de pétanque, Maison du Temps Libre avec Mini-Golf, terrain de tennis, etc...,) et non bruyante. On y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin: magasins de détail et supermarchés, médecins, pharmacies, vétérinaires, etc... à courte distance. Les emplacements de parking sont nombreux et gratuits.

grand bol d'air à stella plage

très bon accueil par la propriétaire, très disponible. appartement bien agencé, bonne literie, très lumineux à deux pas de la mer. la proximité de la plage permet de grandes balades et les commerces du centre de stella nous permettent de tout faire à pied et de laisser la voiture au parking privé. à noter, les charges eau et électricité ne sont pas incluses dans le prix de la location. la région est très agréable même en novembre, petits marchés locaux (le touquet, berck, étaples sur mer), ce sont des villes très accueillantes et surtout actives (contrairement parfois à certaines villes de bord de mer en vendée par exemple. petits restos sympas comme sur le port d'étaples. idéal pour des retraites ou pour des familles. merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son accueil. nous reviendrons.

Ravies météo ensoleillée et location sympa.

Location confortable et fidèle à la description qui est faite ainsi qu'aux photos. Situation Est pour la chambre et beau soleil dès le matin - fin d'AM sur le séjour Ouest. Malgré un chantier (création d'un immeuble) face à l'appartement nous n'avons eu aucun désagrément sonore, les fondations étant terminées, Nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse et les chaises à disposition

Pied à terre en Manche

La location est très correcte et dans l'ensemble plutôt bien équipée. Elle permet de loger deux adultes et deux enfants disposant d'un lit supplémentaire du type "clic clac", dans la salle principale, il donne un couchage d'appoint pour le cas échéant. Placée à deux pas de la mer et des dunes elle permet de les rejoindre très rapidement. Environnement "encore sauvage" du côté dunes avec un centre ville pas très éloigné pour pouvoir atteindre facilement les commerces traditionnels. La location propose un lieu de stationnement privé en dehors de la chaussée. Bon séjour hormis du côté météo

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement pouvant accueillir jusque 6 personnes! Le séjour et la chambre principale sont très lumineux, grâce à deux grandes baies vitrées. La proximité de la plage est un vrai +, nous étions les pieds dans l'eau en 2 minutes à pieds. Jacqueline, la propriétaire, est très agréable et flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée et de sortie. Je recommande ce logement ! PS: Petite précision: l'appartement se situe en face d'une zone de travaux assez bruyante de 8h à 17h, à éviter donc si vous souhaitez faire une grasse matinée !

Bon séjour en famille au bord de la mer

Appartement agréable et lumineux idéalement placé à quelques mètres à pieds de la mer (mais pas vue sur la mer). L'hôte nous a accueilli en personne et est arrangeante. Place de parking privée et gratuite. Tout aurait été très bien si la TNT avait fonctionné pour le réveillon (panne réseau récurrente dans la region), si la télé avait été plus grande et surtout si il y avait eu du wifi. La literie est bonne pour tous les couchages y compris le canapé ce qui est rare. L'équipement est convenable (four, lave vaisselle, micro onde, grille pain, plaques électriques, machine à laver, cafetière et Sanseo.....il manque juste un sèche cheveux). A savoir, en hiver il faut ajouter au prix de la location la consommation du chauffage et de l'eau (relevé des compteurs) Je recommande cette location, surtout en été.

Probablement mieux en été

Gare à la facture d'électricité en hiver, il y fait froid à moins de faire tourner les chauffages à fond et le carrelage reste gelé => prévoir des chaussons... Heureusement, il y a de nombreuses couvertures à disposition. Sinon il y a effectivement 6 couchages en comptant le canapé mais l'appartement est petit et ne convient pas à plus de 4 personnes. L'équipement est correct à part l'absence de Wifi, et une télé trop petite pour en profiter (équivalente à un écran d'ordinateur 17')

Bon séjour

Propriétaire accueillante. Points forts : proche de la plage, 2 belles chambres, rez de chaussée, calme. Points faibles : j'ai regretté l'absence de petites choses comme épingles à linge, maniques, sets de table pour éviter salir nappe tissu, une paire de ciseaux, bouilloire électrique mais ce sont les vacances et on réussit à faire sans.
