The property was really nice and comfy, security wise it was excellent but there was no WiFi like advertised even though it was advertised When we told the host that WiFi was not working all we got was maybe its network gas stove was not working properly took a long time to cook as it was tuned at a low and it was really a challenge since we had little children. We bathed in cold water geyser wasn't working

Our Sencere apologies but the Internet situation is Country wide and the provider we use is said to be the best - We will certainly grab any new provider that comes up and rescues us from the pathetic level of services that are available in the country, The providers are literally milking us and providing an intermittent service and we have no other alternative choice. We apologies. We have noted about the gas not working properly and will get the tech to look at - if that had been communicated, we will have someone come to check immediately. We will also have the water heat checked as well by the plumber. All these were checked before you checked in and certified working. It's obviously a situation we don't want to repeat itself as it's it not in our interest.
