We chose this home for our family vacation due to the ease of access to the beach, and we were not disappointed. The home is a good size for a family of four to six, and it is pet-friendly (which is harder to find for our two medium-sized dogs). We had several concerns at check-in; therefore, we reached out to management. They were happy to address our concerns, and all but one were resolved quickly. The lingering concern was going to take an appliance replacement and we did not request that action. If your main interests are a relatively clean home very near the beach, especially a pet-friendly one, with a responsive management company, this rental should meet your needs.

Just beachy is the perfect walk from the ocean to the house. You are able to fit your cars in the driveway easily as it is a shared driveway. The Host was exceptional and easy to communicate with. The house however was not very clean. Hosted ask if we wanted the housekeeping to come back and we stayed at no we had bought our own cleaning supplies and clean the house. As we all know that renting these houses many people are in and out and that is perfect that's what they're here for. The main issue was a sunglass doors with Jam and or not unlock, there was no way to get sand out of the shower as the drains I'm assuming we're clogged and are full. We did to all the safety measures to rinse off outside prior to coming in the house with sand. If you walked on the floor your feet were completely black as if it has not been mopped in a very long time. Simple small cleanliness things like wiping the fixtures cleaning around the washer and dryer vacuum and all the dust up. And just basically cleaning doesn't look like it was just done. Overall the house is a great sides for a family very conveniently located for lots of fun and entertainment and the host was it exceptional in communicating.
