Set within Reunion Resort, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a relaxing home base for families, friends, and travelers bringing their pets. Step onto your private balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy sweeping fairway views, then unwind here after a full day at the parks.
Inside, the open concept layout gives your group plenty of room to gather, while the fully equipped eat in kitchen with new stainless steel appliances makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy. Each bedroom features a comfortable bed and TV, giving everyone their own space to recharge.
When it's time to slow down, take a dip in the shared community pool and spa, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Reunion Resort. For families traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request.
IMPORTANT: An amenity card will be provided at the home for access to resort amenities during your stay. Please keep the card safe and leave it at the property upon departure. Lost or unreturned cards are subject to a $100 replacement fee, which will be the guest's responsibility

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper
1 hand soap
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge
1 dishwasher soap
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

House rules and guidelines for your comfort:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
