Large house, perfect for big families. Loved that each room had a king bed and it's own bathroom. Amazing sunsets on upper deck.

This was a beautiful brand new house with amazing views of the sound. Everything was in working order and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

Perfect place for any family! We absolutely enjoyed our first time in this amazing house! We created beautiful memories that will last a lifetime! Highly recommend staying here. We absolutely loved it!

Gorgeous View

Beautiful home with stunning views. Sunsets here are breath taking. We would appreciate extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing detergent. Unbelievable that we can’t have 1 single extra trash bag or more than 2 packets of dish washing detergent. Very difficult to stay close to a week and only run dishwasher twice

Regarding the supplies, we aim to set clear expectations by noting in the listing that we provide a starter supply, which includes one trash bag and two dishwasher pods. We find this suits many shorter stays, but we always recommend guests bring additional items for longer visits. We also weren’t made aware of any issues with the dishwasher during your stay—had we known, we would’ve been happy to assist right away. I was very disappointed that upon arrival of our rental, we were unable to get in. Starting at 4PM, my sister tried to get into the house with the code and was unable. My family and I weren't expected to arrive until 6 PM. I quickly pulled over and put in a call to someone at KEES to have them assist them. They gave them a new code to enter. They said it didn't work. I told my sister to go out to dinner until we arrived to see if we could help make it work. We were driving from Poughkeepsie, New York (9.5 hours away) and my sister was driving from Interlachen, Florida (10 hours away). When we finally arrived a maintenance man also arrived. He tried to get into the front door to no avail. It was cold and rainy and after a long drive we were all anxious to get inside. I also had my 90 year old mother with us and she was worried, because she needed to go to the bathroom. This experience was very nerve wracking. I asked the woman from KEES, what would happen if the maintenance man was unable to get into the house, and she said that they would try to relocate us to another similar house which was about an hour away. Not going to lie but this was very frustrating. We were tired from our drive to begin with. What was very disheartening was that prior to our visit, I contacted KEES via phone and email several times to make sure we would be able to enter the home. I didn't want any issues considering our long drive, the comfort of my 90 year old mother, and that it was a holiday.
