The 750 sq. ft. corner unit is bright and airy with great mountain views, as well as a view of the ski hill from the balcony. It is setup for longer stays with a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and a smart TV for your entertainment.

Skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, fly fishing or paddling on the Elk river, access to refreshing mountain lakes and sight seeing trips are available in and around the beautiful south Rocky Mounting town of Fernie.

We first came to Fernie in the late 80's for the incredible skiing. We quickly learned that the summers are just as awesome and decide to take an early retirement and move to Fernie. We have lived in Fernie since 1999 and we love it. You will too!

Why they chose this property

The apartment is within walking distance of downtown Fernie, either by road or a shorter unpaved trail. There is a parking lot located next to the building that is visible from the apartment. It is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The building is primarily residential and there are late night (after 10pm) noise restrictions that are enforced.
