Perfectly met our expectations, and very family-friendly. Good size rooms. Tub in main floor bathroom. Granddaughter loved the playroom downstairs, and the elephant themed bedroom. Great location. Host was friendly and very quick to answer all queries.

Property was exactly as advertised. Home was comfortable, clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were much enjoyed by all! The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. The large dining room table was great for meals as well as playing games. And added plus is the presence of free public Pickleball courts within a five minute walk.

Lovely oasis in london

Came to London with our 5 and 10 year old granddaughters. We had so much fun! House is great. Pool and hot tub kept them entertained for hours. Kitchen was really well stocked and is well laid out for preparing meals.

Weekend stay

This home was perfect for our hockey tourney weekend. Close to mall and restaurants and only 15 minutes from the arena. We mainly hung out on the main floor which had a great kitchen and dining area. We would stay again for future weekends.

Great value, stellar location

The value for cost at this home was outstanding; lots of space for our 3-generational family trip. The pool and backyard is fun and suitable for entertaining! The proximity to White Oaks mall, White Oaks Park (tennis, basketball, soccer fields) and the library - all 5 minutes on foot - was so useful being on holiday! Our only slight complaint was that their was a maintenance issues with the hot tub and the pool could have used a cleaning mid-way through our 10-day stay.

The house is wonderful: modern, comfortable, beautifully decorated. It is the perfect house if travelling with young children: toddler bed, high chair, bib, playroom, changing area, stair gate, pool equipment, it has it all to make parents' lives easier. The backyard is also superb and the pool was of course the star of the show. Sally was a very kind and responsive host. I'm only reluctantly knocking down a point because we were very surprised when our toddler, who was rolling his truck around the seamingly safe living room, came to us with a bottle of liquor in hand. We hadn't noticed the liquor cart in the living room was unlocked and the liquor is at toddler's eye level.. We had to be extra vigilant in running after him the whole rest of the trip for him not to get near that cart again. But this is easily solved with a simple lock on that cart door. Other than that, our stay was a success. Thank you Sally!

Lil oasis

Easy check in. The location is great. Although we didn’t walk anywhere(vacay mode) it was walkable to grocery Walmart. Layout nice. Except the access the pool. Seemed a lil weird that the only access to get to pool Was through master bedroom. That was somewhat inconvenient. The whole house with google home nice feature for those who fancy that type thing for us didnt matter. Pool nice and warm. Not sure if hot tub was in use but had some debris in water so we never used it. Had a small mishap with propane but honestly within 5 min it was solved. Even offered extended check out we appreciated that. We would most definitely book again. Oh very kid friendly in basement not so much on deck. Limited safe walking space furniture outside furniture comfortable and beds were good. Master more then 2nd was told it sank in middle. Baby’s room nice if u had a baby which we did so it was nice. Although bed I’m sure was meant for child should really bed changed to actual twin bed not cot. Basement super comfy All in all very nice get away. Thank you
