We noticed an ant infestation that was addressed quickly and effectively. We also hadsome difficulty keeping the house cool, but Minesota experienced extremely hot 100-degree temperatures during our stay. The host helped us try to stay as comfortable as possible during this unusual weather phenomenon. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay

We had a fabulous stay. The house and bedding were clean. Confortable beds. We enjoyed the pool table and game room. The extra seating area in the game room was nice for others to mingle. Ample parking. While we didn't cook on this visit, the kitchen looked well supplied with everything you'd expect to cook and eat a meal. A large dining room too. Large comfortable living room. Would recommend and stay here again.

It's wonderful to hear the house and bedding were clean and comfortable, and that the pool table and game room were a hit with extra space for everyone to mingle. We're happy the kitchen, dining room, and living room all stood out too, and that parking wasn't an issue. Thank you for sharing such a detailed review and for the recommendation!

MSP Stay for Holidays

The house was clean and as advertised. It served our group of 6 adults and 4 kids under 7 well. We had some difficulty with the door pad entry, but to his credit the owner was quick to respond and offer solutions. The neighborhood was ok though it was too cold to enjoy the nearby park with the kids. Would stay again.

Room for everyone

This home had great space for family of all ages. The teens could enjoy the pool/ping pong table while others relaxed or cooked up stairs in the well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the dining room with wonderful sunlight and room for us to enjoy a meal and play games. Jason was quick to answer any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with.

Great location and communication with staff

This house is conveniently located within an 7 minute drive of Mall of America. We were celebrating my granddaughter's 8th birthday. Jason was very communicative and we had a smooth check-in and check-out process. One item to mention, IF planes flying overhead wake you easily. The house is very near the airport, so the planes start overhead around 5AM. The house was very clean and it had adequate space for all 6 adults and my granddaughter. If I am ever in Minneapolis again, I would highly recommend. I also plan to utilize Evolve's services for my next Vrbo rental.
