We've stayed a few times on the 6th floor in different condos and always have a great experience. The check in process is easy, communication is great, and we love that beach gear is provided!

The condo was extremely clean and is in a great location! We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants, stores, etc. Easy access to the beach as well. The elevator situation isn’t the greatest. Only 1 of the elevators goes past the 5th floor and is pretty small and very slow. We often had to wait in line to use the elevator. The condo complex was also louder than I expected. It seemed like there was always someone moving furniture, banging on doors, etc. The waterpark was ok at best, very underwhelming. The host was extremely responsive and answered an email within moments! Overall a lovely place to stay!

we're glad you enjoyed your stay. so sorry for any trouble the elevator caused, there are 2 others that access up to the 5th, too. thanks for taking good care of the condo.

Place itself was really nice. Nice theming for furniture. Balcony and terrace were great. Internet is so slow. The Waterpark is ok. Odd you need a wristband from 10 - 6 but not before or after. Also, there should be a garage space for each condo. If you get home late you have to park outside of it. Should be guaranteed a space. Good location. Waterpark should not be open to public. Just condos and hotel.

glad you enjoyed the stay and location! thanks for taking good care of the condo. unfortunately, there are not enough garage spots for everyone to get a spot during busy times. that is entirely out of our control, sorry for any trouble. the waterpark does require wristbands during their open hours. the pool is open to only guests of the resort before 10am and after 6pm, thats why they arent required during that time. the waterpark is a separate entity trying to run a business, they would not survive off of just resort guests business during slow times. good luck with your future rentals!

We had a wonderful family experience. The unit was clean and well-equipped. The parking was fine, but having an assigned spots would have been better. Not too many shops in walking distance, but plenty of good restaurants. Thanks for adding to our family trip.

Amazing family spot

This was a great get away for my family. Walking distance to the beach and tons of great restaurants. Everything you need is provided in the condo including beach gear! Only down side was the 2nd bedroom got hot at night and the ceiling fan barely worked, other than that we loved it!!

Perfect for our family vacation

The condo was easy to check into, clean and a nice location considering it was just off the beach. We enjoyed the option to use the wagon and beach items or to go to the water park. The space was perfect for our group! Debra was quick to respond when we had questions.
