Stylish 3 Bedroom home that makes a big impression with it's great flowing lines and open spaces. 3 Good sized bedrooms offer two single beds in one room, a king single in another an the Master Room has a new Queen Bed Setting. The lounge features a 3 and 2 Seater Couches and occasional tables. The dinning room has a wood framed glassed top 6 seater dinning table.

The kitchen includes all of your key appliances including a dishwasher plus all the cutlery, plates and utensils you need.

The laundry includes both a front load washing machine and dryer. Plus their is an outside Clothes Hoists.

The outdoor area is equally fabulous and offers a gas BBQ, under a solid roof enclosed patio area that keeps the sun off in summer and the wind out in winter. Added features the elements and 6 seat dinning table.

This home is complete and ready to live in for a short or long stay offering easy flowing indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Such an easy process from booking to arrival, accommodation was clean and tidy, some basics in the pantry were greatly appreciated. Location worked perfectly for us visiting family and super easy walk to the shops and train station.

Great stay, the whole family enjoyed it! The place is very close to a shopping area and walking distance to the train. The house was clean, stocked well and the host was amazing!

If you spell Molly with a K then you will understand fully this review. K never stayed in the home. Arrived early and immediately setting about complaining about imaginary non existent issues. Demanded a full refund 'or else'... I think we know that the 'or else was leaving a 1 Star Review. Frankly, having hosted people for 10 years now - 99% of folks are great and the 1% aren't worth the effort.

Why they chose this property

I live in the same suburb as the properties so I know how great it is - a real family friendly neighbourhood - and I want to share it with you. Apart from being family friendly, it has a location that puts it in walking distance (about 800metres walk) of Perth's Perth-Mandurah Trainline - just 3 stops into the city - and 2 minute to access the major East-West arterial road and a further 2 minutes onto the Kwinana Freeway that links you to Perth's major road network. Basically, we are located in close proximity to everything that you need.
