Great Lake Cottage

We have a fabulous stay at this gorgeous lake house. It is really lovely and contains everything you need for a week of fun relaxing and playing on the lake.

We had an incredible time! The property was beautiful - the cottage is lovely, with canoes/kayaks for water fun and tons of games, including billiards, and TV/fireplaces for rainy days. The WiFi and AC were fantastic. The multiple spots to view the water are magical (the back deck, the fire pit, the water). And the grounds are well maintained - not too buggy. The cottage feels fairly new and its configuration made it easy to put up baby gates/block off stairs and kid proof (as much as a cottage can be proofed). We had a couple of minor issues during the stay - a defective piece started a small fire within the BBQ and a defective window spontaneously broke - but the management company was SUPER prompt and communicative and had both fixed within a day. We could have used a couple more garbage bags (the cottage came with two) and some water (there is no bottled water delivery service) but Halliburton was super close and the cute town is worth the drive. HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous property and its caring owners!
