Cozy Redwood Cottage with Firepit & Nature Views

- Tap water comes from the lake and is not fit for drinking, it is important to bring your own water for consumption.

- BBQ is available for guest use (please bring your own BBQ utensils).

- Firepit is available (please bring your own firewood).

- All linen including towels are provided.

- We humbly ask all guests that all garbage be collected into bags, tied securely, and left in the kitchen before departure. Our team takes care of disposing of it after checkout.

- No events or parties allowed. We prefer our guests intent to use it as an escape and relax!

- No pets are allowed inside the house. If you choose to ignore this rule. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be applied

- High speed internet and Amazon Firestick is provided for your entertainment.

- Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the cottage.

- No Fireworks Allowed

The inside of the Cottage was better then the pictures showed. Inside is well maintained and clean with a good layout. The host was responsive when messaged. The fridge does not cool to the temperature you want it to be but cold enough for the two day stay that food did not go bad. This place is missing a lot of basics like a baking sheet and wine glasses they only have the dollar store disposable kind a coffee maker... lights need to be labled for what they are! Simple things but when it costs around 500 a night these kind of things should be available/offered. The welcome basket was great we did enjoy that. OUTSIDE HOWEVER is covered in goose poop, the sliding glass door screen is broken, all 3 docks are falling apart and sinking into the lake. I will post the picutes when I can. I was very upset as the owner had been up two days prior so clearly knew there was an issue with the docks and we had brought a 17" bow rider that needed to be docked. If anyone had a mobility issue they would not have been able to get to the boat. The decking ontop of the dock is weak and places you could fall through. The outside of this cottage needs a lot of love it is not for those who wish to enjoy the outdoors and have access to the water. We were definatly disappointed overall as when cottaging the outside matters more to us then the inside and with the docking not available we should have been offered a discount.
