House was vey nice, clean and a place that was super thoughtful for small things. Like, snacks, salt/spices, ice. All the kitchen utensils and appliances, hot Chocolate, etc. We hosted Christmas for a family that travels from CO and TX. No one is perfect, but this place was absolutely perfect for us.

Home is beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Kids had a fun time playing games in the garage. We didnt spend a lot of time there but to sleep mostly. Beds were great. The master bedroom and bathroom is great. Especially the large shower!

Fantastic bike rental

We really loved this house! Stayed with our 4 kids and bikes. Plenty of space, bike amenities are awesome & the kids loved the games in garage. Super clean, great kitchen, tons of great info on the area, close trail access- perfect rental in our opinion and we will absolutely pop back.

Quiet, charming home

This house was well-stocked, clean, and airy. I was able to walk to Blowing Springs trails and it’s paved walking/riding path. One of the most helpful things for me, as I was there to get some work done, was a monitor I hooked up to my laptop. It would have easily fit my family of 5 had I brought them with me. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful home for family

This is a lovely well appointed home. We enjoyed a 5 day stay along with our daughter and her family, which includes a 9 & 14 year old. There was lots to keep each of us interested- games in the garage, relaxing TV & reading area, large table for our puzzles. We visited family in the area, so didn’t have time to check out the front fire table area or back fire pit, but those looked fun too. The beds are comfortable & the kitchen well set up for making meals at home. The home was tastefully decorated for the holidays when we visited over Christmas. All 5 stars!

Perfect for Biking!

This home was ideal for a family of six who visited the area to mountain bike. The home located on a very quiet street and had easy access to the Back 40. The garage is completely set up for bike storage and repair if it’s needed with essential tools/equipment. The home is new and the furnishings are modern and clean. The home was very clean. The appliances and utensils were new and we had everything needed for grilling, roasting, frying, and baking. It has a nice patio and deck with fire pits and privacy. Check in and out was simple. We loved it and would stay here again anytime.

This is a nice clean property 8 ) I was however surprised that the property owner wanted us to help with the trash and laundry even though there is a service fee. The wasps nesting in the siding near the back door kept us from using that part of the house 8 (

Housekeeping Was Lacking

Outside amenities were especially lacking. Ticks! Filthy front porch and back deck! Outdoor furniture was filthy! Lack of propane. Lack of working grill. Lack of sufficient kindling for one wood fire.House was clean with fewer issues. No dish cloths. Long expired, (December,) welcome snacks. Old garbage in outside garbage can. Master bedroom became very warm at night with the door closed.
