1. **Quiet Hours & Noise:** - Quiet hours begin at 10pm to respect neighbours. Noise travels easily to the downstairs apartments, so please be considerate. - Remove your shoes indoors to minimise noise. - No parties, events, or loud gatherings allowed.
2. **Guests & Visitors:** - Only registered guests are permitted. Maximum overnight occupancy is 4 people. - No unregistered visitors or guests allowed. The gate code must not be shared; visitors should notify the host upon arrival. - We do not accept third party bookings.
3. **Arrival & Departure:** - Notify the host of your arrival and departure on the day of check-in and check-out. - Your comfort is our priority! If anything`s not quite right when you arrive, please let us know immediately so we can fix it. - We supply you with the initial stock of consumables but we do not refresh/top-up these supplies during your stay. - If any issues arise during your stay, notify the host immediately for resolution. Post-checkout complaints without prior notice may not be considered.
4. **Smoking, Substance Use & Fire Safety:** - Smoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is only allowed in the outside courtyards. - No excessive alcohol consumption, illegal drugs, or use of live flames (candles, sparklers, incense, etc.).
5. **Cleanliness & Rubbish Disposal:** - Dispose of rubbish in the outdoor bins behind the rear courtyard (red for general waste, yellow for recycling). - Wash and store all dishes before checkout. - Basic cleaning supplies are provided, and a departure cleaning fee is included but if the place is left in an excessive mess, we may need to charge for additional cleaning. - Please cover all food before putting it in the microwave. - Fresh linens are available for self-service during longer stays.
6. **Pets & Children:** - No pets allowed. - The property is not suitable for children under 5 unless they are particularly quiet.
7. **Security & Keys:** - Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave, and keep the outside gate closed. - The front door key should remain in the lockbox and must not be taken off the property. Lost keys will incur a $160 fee for replacement. - No responsibility is taken for guests’ personal property while on the premises or left on the premises after check out. - Please report any breakages, damage or lost keys immediately. The guest reserving the premises agrees to be responsible for any loss or damage (including lost keys). Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to the booking platform.
8. **Electricity & Appliances:** - Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
9. **Technology:** - Sign out of personal accounts (e.g., Netflix) on the Chromecast before departure.
10. **Checkout:** - Checkout time is 10am. A self-checkout process is available. Please leave the apartment tidy, wash and store dishes, and dispose of rubbish. - Cleaners arrive after 10am. Late checkout incurs a $100 per hour fee unless pre-approved. A 1-hour grace period may be provided.
11. **Parking & Laundry:** - Do not park in front of the driveway at 227. - Laundry should be done at local laundromats; hanging washing outdoors is not allowed.
12. **App Recommendation:** - Download and log into the you booking app for easy access to booking details and communication with the host.

Highly recommend, the loft was fantastic! A beautiful space, great location and so easy to get around with the train station just down the road and walking distance from lots of great cafes/bars/restaurants. Communication with Tia was excellent, we had all the information we needed and check in/check out was really straightforward. The perfect size for three people, I will definitely be staying there again!
Check in was easy with good communication from the host. Communication was good throughout.The location is good with the Metro almost outside your door and several spots around to get groceries. There is also a self service laundry facility really close by which was very useful.The apartment is spacious with just what we needed for a home away from home. The windows bring lots of natural light in and make for a nice design and the aircon kept us nice and cool.It was a lovely place and if we were back in Sydney we would definitely stay there again
Tia’s apartment was a pleasure to stay in. It was as described and very clean with a very funky feel to it. Close to everything including two train stations. I’ll definitely be staying there again.
Chapel Loft is very good value! Lots of space, 2 x queen beds, comfortable and so quiet! It’s a very short walk to the Waterloo metro station, which gets you into the city in minutes. I could happily settle in here for weeks. One possible practical addition could be a small hanging rack near the downstairs bed. Overall, a great place for a city stay.
